ITIWA arbitrators taught the Ghanaian judiciary in international commercial arbitration in July 2021. The
focus of the training was on the New York Arbitration Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement
of Foreign Arbitral Awards, 1958 and the Ghana Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010. Participants
included judges from the Court of Appeal and High Court. This is an ongoing programme with more
training to follow in 2022.
